Every version of F2F-Folio — what changed and how to get it.
Verify your download
The Windows build isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a “Windows protected your PC” dialog on first run — click More info then Run anyway. Signing proves who published a file, not that it's safe, so we publish a SHA-256 checksum for every release instead. Compare the file you downloaded against the value below — if they match, it's exactly what we built. macOS is notarized by Apple and won't show a comparable warning.

What's new

- macOS app — one universal DMG (Apple Silicon + Intel) alongside the Windows installer
- Security: IBKR Flex sync no longer routes your token through third-party proxies — if you used IBKR sync on an earlier build, see the v0.46.1 notes below
- IBKR auto-sync works again after IBKR changed their Flex host
- The app no longer needs port 3010 free in order to launch
- Richer first-run demo — 11 holdings across four brokers and a sample family
- Retirement Simulator (Finland) — model personal vs. investment-company (oy) withdrawal paths with Finnish capital-gains tax and 4%-rule drawdown
- NRI view: India vs. Foreign net worth split, fund-type diversification
- Indian number formatting (₹49,22,623 lakh/crore grouping) across the app
- Diversification "By Asset Class" view
- Fire2Freedom rebrand — new Signal logo, renamed from PFF-Folio
- Trading 212 auto-sync via their Public API — key-based, like IBKR Flex Query
- Broker coverage: DEGIRO, Avanza, Trade Republic, Groww, Coinbase and Indian CAS statements — holdings reconstructed automatically
- Browser-independent vault — an on-disk backup with restorable prior versions, kept even if you switch browsers
- Automatic ETF name resolution for cryptic broker symbols, with a manual override
- End-of-day price reliability — multi-source fallback (Yahoo Finance → Stooq) after Yahoo changed their API
